Contract
2.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a request for orders. Errors and changes are reserved.
2.2 By clicking the order button at the last step of the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods included in the basekt of goods. The contract of purchase, however is concluded later by our express confirmation or the delivery of goods ordered.
2.3. As a confirmation of receipt of your order we will send you the text of your order immediately by email. Our Terms and Conditions can be viewed, saved and printed at any time. You can review your current orders in our customer log-in area, only after prior registration.
Prices and Payment
3.1 The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and all other costs and taxes except the shipping price.
3.2. The purchase price is due immediately upon our confirmation notification or the delivery. The payment of the goods shall be at your choice by advance payment, credit card, eps (only Austria), PostFinance (Switzerland only), Paypal or Sofortüberweisung. When paying by credit card, we charge your credit card account with the delivery of the order.
4. Deliveries to Non-EU-Countries
4.1. Deliveries to Non-EU-Countries will be charged without the VAT.
4.2 For deliveries to non-EU countries additional duties and fees might be applicable that are payable by you.
Costs of Deliveries
5.1 In addition to the prices listed, we charge for the costs delivery within Germany a flat charge of 0.00 EUR per order.
5.2 For deliveries to other countries the following flat charges are applicable:

6,00 €: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom
8,00 €: Andorra, Finland, France, Greece, Irland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain
12,00 €: Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, USA
16,00 €: Canada, Island, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland
20,00 €: Estonia, Malta, Czech Republic, Cyprus
30,00 €: Australia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Croatia, Kuwait, Russia, Korea South, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine
Deliveries
6.1 Deliveries within Germany are handeled by UPS. If you have registered, you can track the status of delivery as soon as the shipment has been made.
6.2 Deliveries to other countries are handeled by DHL. If you have registered, you can track the status of delivery as soon as the shipment has been made.
6.3. Should the delivery of the goods, despite two attempts to deliver, fail, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Where appropirate, consideration will be promplty refunded.
6.4. Should the ordered product not be available, because we are not supplied with this prodact from our suppliers without fault, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case we weill notify you and offer you where appropriate the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to supply a comparable product, we will prompltly refund consideration.
6.5 The goods remain the property of Lala Berlin GmbH until full payment.
Liability
Our liability for damages arising from contractual, contractual, tortious or other legal grounds are excluded, except when it comes to the loss of life, limb or health or injury on an intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the lala Berlin GmbH or its vicarious agents or if it is a violation of one obligation essential for the purpose of the contract. Other legally binding liabilities, such as the Product Liability Act, also remain unaffected.
Applicable
Law German Law, with the exeption of United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, is applicable.
Cancellation policy advisory
The cancellation policy applies solely to consumers under § 13 of the German Civil Code of Law. Consumers are all individuals that complete a transaction that is not attributable to their commercial or self-employed occupation.
